The Allen Township Fire Department (ATFD) provides 24/7 fire protection, emergency medical services, rescue operations, and fire prevention for Allen Township and surrounding areas.
ATFD began full-time operations on October 1, 1992, serving Allen Township and Zane Township with professional, around-the-clock coverage.
Our Mission
Staffing & Coverage
The Allen Township Fire Department provides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week coverage. Firefighters work 24-hour shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. on a three-shift rotation.
